WARNING: SPOILERS UP UNTIL SEASON 3 EPISODE 9 AHEAD!
By now, you’ve surely heard of the BBC hit reality show The Traitors? But have you been watching? If not, you’re missing out. On Wednesday 22nd January, the show enters its final week. Eight contestants are remaining: Minah, Charlotte, Leanne, Freddie, Francesca, Alexander, Joe and Jake.
My favourite characters from throughout the series:
Minah: She has been a traitor since the beginning. She started out very strong and I want her to go all the way, but honestly I think she’s got some problems, and would be very surprised if she wasn’t eliminated by Friday’s final. Minah, I love you, but the name of the game is ‘traitors’, why are you putting so much trust in Charlotte?
Linda: Do I really need to say any more? Linda is an icon. The head turn. The ‘Who the hell is not going to come back?’. The ‘She’s my little girl’. The only thing I question is how on earth the faithful didn’t banish her sooner.
Alexander: As a former British diplomat, Alexander has had his fair share to say at the round table, mostly defending himself. I think he has been a great addition to the series, and I think him being banished on the basis that one of the two people who got off the train must be a traitor is bad logic. If Minah is banished, I seriously hope that Alexander wins with the faithful.
Yin: Although she was the first player to be murdered, Yin could have been such a fabulous faithful to have. She would have also made a good traitor. But if you advertise your intelligence and you aren’t a traitor, you will be murdered quickly. It’s happened before and it will happen again (Season 4 applicants, take note!)
My potential finalists:
Charlotte is playing a cunning game as a newly recruited traitor, and whilst I do admire her for that, I desperately want her to be banished. However, do I think that is likely? No.
Therefore, I predict that the finalists of Traitors Season 3 will be: Charlotte, Leanne, Joe and Alexander. Let’s see how things pan out!
You can watch the Traitors Episode 10 on Wednesday 22nd January. Alternatively, you can catch up with the series on BBC iPlayer.
