Speak Out is a project of Harborough Children and Young People’s Charity (HCYC), registered charity no. 1151111.

By using this Speak Out website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of use and that you will comply with all laws applicable to your use of the site.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms of use at any time. You should therefore check periodically for changes. By using this website after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether you have reviewed them or not.
